All accepted posters (and short poster movies in case you would like to submit one) MUST be sent to Niko Hildebrandt (niko.hildebrandt@univ-rouen.fr) by Friday, 2nd of April 2021.
If you want to send files that are larger than 10 MB: Please send them via a download-link (our e-mail server automaticaly rejects all e-mails with attachments that are larger than 10 MB).
Posters MUST be in pdf format (movies in any standard movie format) and named “FamilyName_Poster.pdf” (and “FamilyName_Movie.mov” depending on the format). An example would be “Hildebrandt_Poster.pdf”.
We will confirm all poster submissions shortly after reception (if you do not receive a confirmation, it means that something went wrong).
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO CLEARY SHOW YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION (e.g., e-mail address, telephone number, or any other contact information) ON YOUR POSTER (and movie), SUCH THAT THE READERS CAN CONTACT YOU FOR DISCUSSING THE POSTER.
A submission before the conference is important because we need to upload the posters in a controlled and well-accessible manner on the website and that requires some time and organization.
